August 31st: USPG in Ethiopia 

Thank you to all who gave so generously for USPG in Ethiopia. We collected a total of £664.22. We will keep you up-to-date over the coming year with news from the project.
The PCC has decided that they would like the parish to be involved in ongoing support of a missionary project. To this end they selected a project which comes under the umbrella of USPG (the United Society for the Propagation of the Gospel), a missionary organisation that works in direct partnership with Anglican Churches in over 50 countries, helping to support vital church work, including healthcare, education, leadership training and action for social justice. We kicked off our involvement with a Gift Day at our joint service on August 31st. See an article on  the [1] USPG website.
